EP-Walk The Dog Embroidery Pattern

Paris in the 1950's. Beautiful wasp-waisted women in full skirts and cashmere sweaters walking along the Seine with their standard poodle dogs. I can see it in my mind right now. That's the scene I was thinking about when I designed the Walk The Dog embroidered pillow.

Stitches you will need to know: Outline Stitch, Chain Stitch, French Knots, and Satin Stitch. There are complete and clear illustrations on How-To stitch each one. The pattern also includes close-up photos of different sections of the pattern

What you will need to complete your project:

1/2 yard of linen or cotton pillow fabric and 1/2 yard of contrasting pillow backing fabric

Paternayan Persian Wool or Cotton Embroidery Floss

Chenille needle (wool) or embroidery needle (cotton)

Regular sewing supplies and embroidery hoop (optional)

Pillow stuffing, sewing thread, and sewing machine to finish your pillow.
